Miriam Pilgrim -RYT 200
Miriam began practicing yoga in 2005 in New York City in order to regain and maintain strength and flexibility after twice suffering the same injury. As soon as she bought her first package she was hooked and made sure to incorporate her practice into her daily life.
After moving to New Jersey and giving birth to her two daughters, Miriam began practicing at Colts Neck Yoga. She knew that she needed to share the benefits of yoga practice with others. In 2016, with the support of her family and the teachers at Colts Neck Yoga, she completed 200 hours of training with Ann Yocum and was certified as a Yoga instructor. Believing in the mind/body benefits of yoga, Miriam has also completed Chair Yoga training and Children's Yoga training.
