Tara Kennedy-RYT 200

Tara took her first yoga class at Colts Neck Yoga when she was 8 years old, solely for the purpose that she wanted to be just like her mom, and then she honestly fell in love with hot yoga. From then on, she practiced on and off during college. Finally completing her RYT-200 in Hot yoga with Ann Yocum at CNY.
Tara used yoga as a tool to help herself be happy on and off the mat. It helped her understand how having a yoga practice helped her deal with her day-to-day life. She believes how you do anything is how you do everything. By simply showing up to your mat is a major step in the right direction and will help you find the confidence to take that step in all aspects of your life.
